Within the province of Limburg, various developments have started with regard to compliance policy in order to guarantee trust and integrity within and outside an organization. The code of conduct describes the rules that the province and its employees are obliged to observe and should act. Whistleblower regulations have also been described which state that all employees can report suspected wrongdoing. These "codes" form an important basis for a compliance policy.
